The New FELIX
High Temperature 3D Printer

It’s never been easier to create large 3D printed parts at high temperatures.

The ideal machine to manufacture heavy-duty, virtually indestructible polycarbonate parts.

HT printer features

The FELIXprinters Pro HT is as tough and durable as the filament types it prints. Built to provide the ideal environment for quality polycarbonate prints. The machine is designed with high performance in mind, able to withstand and deliver on rigorous demands.

High flow print nozzle

Ensure shortest possible buildtime for large print objects

User-friendly

Intuitive touch-screen guides users through printing process

Durable results

Produce end-user parts with industrial grade materials

Innovative XYZ motion system

Endure 24/7 high temperature accurate printing

Heated, enclosed chamber

Made from durable aluminium plates and heat-resistant plexiglass

Heated bed

Up to 170°C

Functionality

An unsurpassed high-temperature 3D printer, with the ease-of-use that you’ve come to expect from FELIXprinters.

High-temperature 3D printer for durable end products and parts that can withstand extreme temperatures

Extreme flow extruder

Finish prints in less time. Special 1.8mm nozzle is 5 times bigger than the standard 0.5mm nozzle, enabling 4 to 5 times more volume per second compared to conventional extruders

High temperature heated bed

Up to 170°C, enabling adhesion to almost any engineering material

Fully automated

Heated, enclosed chamber with mechanical pusher Made from durable aluminium plates and heat-resistant plexiglass. Chamber heating up to 90°C enables homogenous temperature of object, preventing internal stress in object during printing.
When print is finished, door automatically opens, and final printed product is pushed out . Printer is ready for the next job

Applications

High Temperature printing is opening doors to new, streamlined production capabilities.  Making use of this innovative technology, our customers are leading the transformation of traditional options.  Highly personalized, unique and diversified outputs are now a reality.  Coupled with fully programmable and automated software, the 3D printing production line is now within reach.

End-use parts

Parts printed with high temperature filaments are sturdy and resilient

High volume production series

Harness 3D printing as an alternative to traditional production techniques

Industrial parts

The capability of producing high temperature resistant parts makes this an ideal production machine.
