Felix Tech support fails again.

What follows is a copy of a message I sent to the admin of this forum:

I have been trying to get assistance installing a new controller board on my Felix 3.0. I have not received any response from your technical support, your general contact email address, or on the Felix Forum. This is not the first time Felix has failed to deliver on warranty or support.

Why don't you people help me? I have a $2,000 printer sitting broken, and Felix will not lift a finger to help me fix it. I will never buy another Felix product again, and I will certainly warn anyone I know who is considering buying Felix how poor your customer service and technical support are.

I recently had to replace the processor board on my Felix 3.0. When I try to load the firmware, I get the following error message:

exit status 1
pasting "/* PINB.3, 22, MISO*/" and "_DDR" does not give a valid preprocessing token

Today, I finally got a response from a Felix reseller here in the USA. It took them over a month to respond, and that's only after I sent them an email BEGGING them to help me. Pathetic.
