So I managed to get Repetier working again by deleteing the preference files, it to connects to the printer, however it seems to stack up g-code commands without executing them..

Make sure the baudrate is correctly set in repetier-host. If I'm correct for the 2.0 it should be 250000

It by the way could also be that mac cannot handle the 250000 baudrate. Non-ansi buadrates are not always compatible with a mac.
So in short make sure the baudrates match on the printer and the host-software. THen you should see normal characters after sending a m105 command

I am encountering similar problems. I can connect with the printer. the printer does not respond to commands. The slicer operates but the print process just stalls after that point. I have two Felix 3.1.

Hi on Felixbuilder in the printer selection tab, make sure you've selected the correct printer and also set the baudrate at the bottom of the tab to 250000. Standard it is set to 115200 in the software. This should work. Otherwise the next step would be to lower the bandwidth on your printer. In the main menu, lower the baudrate to match the value in felixbuilder.

Ah ok good to hear that. Not sure if I understand what you did. Did you place the profiles after installation, and that was the cause that the program didn't work?

Please don't forget to make sure you have the latest slicing profiles. You can check if there is an update, it will also show a notification if there is a newer profile present.
