Repetier-Host 1.6.1 preheat problem

Post by icecube_it » Thu Feb 11, 2016 5:14 pm

Ciao!
I just updated to R-H 1.6.1 and will be looking forward to try the server edition but... I have a problem: looks like the new version needs temperatures to be much more precise than before to start working. When I set the temperature of the extruders (eg. 240°C) and start the printing job, extruder will get to 238,47°C and not rise higher (1,5°C less than the target, even if I change target temperature). The older version didn't care about the difference and started working. Now it just waits and sits there for 5 minutes moving from 236 to 238 degrees and then just realizes that work has to be done and starts. What can I do?

Use the temp offset for the extruder in printer settings?
