Felix fails on warranty replacement.

I just ordered a new print head for my Felix 3.0. The heating element in the head was DOA.

I contacted Felix for a warranty replacement. They replied that I must have damaged it during installation, and are refusing to send a replacement. I have told them that their response is unacceptable, and I expect them to replace it. Part of their reasoning is that it is an inexpensive part, but I don't see how that matters. If it's so inexpensive, then why don't they just replace the defective one they sold me?

It may seem trivial, but if they were willing to cheat customers out of small things, what about the big things?

Hi WayneC, sorry to hear this. Who exactly did you contact about this matter? Was it one of our resellers or directly to us?
